Company discovery, electronic shareholder registration, transfers and tokenisation in one demonstrable journey. Explore the breadth of the product, then test the details yourself.
Conventional electronic shareholder registration is the first product and the foundation of the ownership workflow.
Follow the complete buy, sell and send journey using fictional accounts, test balances and the shared ownership model.
The demo’s matching engine does not reproduce Asset Match’s auction mechanism. No live trading, payments or settlement connection is present.
Our tokenisation strategy starts with the underlying ownership record. The demonstration shows tokens as representations of existing holdings.
Wallets, networks and confirmations are synthetic. Live contracts, custody, payments and legal rights are next-phase work.
Directory entries are reference data, not clients, unique companies or connected shareholder registers. Coverage is dated 14 October 2026.
OUR CONVICTION / THE NEXT ERA OF OWNERSHIP

WHY THE FOUNDATION MATTERS
The breadth is visible in the demo. Production readiness depends on verified data, operational controls and the relevant integrations.
Review the architecture and controls ↗Public Companies House and GLEIF lookups help identify an entity. Verified shareholder data must come from an authorised register source.
Issues change capital. Transfers change holders. Token representations reconcile to the underlying registered holdings.
Demo audit events and quantity snapshots show the change history. Production needs protected approvals and verified supporting documents.
Authenticated roles, a durable shared database, security, recovery and any market, payment or chain connectors are scoped implementation work.

QUESTIONS WORTH ASKING
Yes. The register, transfers, simulated buying and selling, token lifecycle and read-only discovery are available in the demonstration. Trial ownership data stays in your browser. Use fictional information; there is no live shareholder database or cross-device production account.
Conventional electronic shareholder registration. Live operation requires data accuracy, defined operational responsibilities, authenticated access, durable records, approvals, evidence and recovery. Tokenisation is a later development phase.
The demonstration treats tokens as representations of existing holdings. The legal ownership model, rights, authoritative record, eligible holders, custody and network controls must be agreed before any live tokenisation.
