Platform & architecture brief
15 October 2026 · Product documentation · Version 2
1. Purpose and initial customer
MYNT Register is a MyntGroup platform demonstration for issuers, registrars, company administrators and secondary-market operators. It brings conventional shareholder administration and a proposed token route around one ownership record. The ambition covers private and listed company registers; actual market, instrument and jurisdiction coverage must be verified individually.
The initial product focus is conventional electronic shareholder registration. Live operation requires verified source records, defined responsibilities and production controls.
2. What visitors can do now
| Module | Working demonstration |
|---|---|
| Company discovery | Fourteen dated public market directories, UK Companies House lookup, Global LEI Index name / identifier search, and ISIN-to-LEI lookup where source coverage exists. Public identity data does not supply shareholder ownership. |
| Share registration | Create a fictional company; enter holder identity, address, class, quantity, membership date, paid amount and source reference; preview a CSV replacement; reconcile registered quantities against issued capital. |
| Review and operations | Simulate KYC decisions, issue new shares, transfer existing same-class holdings, store document references, inspect audit events and cap snapshots, and use CSV / JSON export controls. |
| Trading simulation | Fictional role-play accounts, wallets and test cash; buy / sell limit orders with reservations, partial fills, price / time matching and cancellation; direct transfers and a shared ownership view. |
| Tokenisation | Plan a route, quantity and valuation; review, reserve and release shares; create synthetic chain records; allocate demo tokens one for one against available existing holdings; trade, send and return representations to conventional holdings. |
3. Technical architecture today
- Browser interface: HTML, CSS and JavaScript provide company discovery, register forms, plan preparation and the two-route trading interface.
- Local trial ledger: ownership and trial accounting are stored in the visitor’s browser. This is a demonstration store, not a shared statutory record or cross-device production database.
- Register and trading rules: ledger transitions check quantities, issued capital, token representations, available cash and open-order reservations. Events and quantity snapshots explain each accepted demo change.
- Read-only discovery service: fixed upstream adapters request public company identity and reference data. They do not retrieve actual shareholder registers or private market accounts.
- Presentation media: these films and the requirements PDF are served from this website’s file storage. The same-origin platform and document links keep the presentation and demonstration together.
4. Ownership invariants
- Registering existing holdings allocates already-issued capital; a new issue increases that capital.
- A transfer changes the holder quantities while preserving the issued total.
- Conventional holdings plus token representations equal registered holdings.
- Minting or returning a demo representation does not create or cancel the underlying issued shares.
- Open orders reserve uncommitted quantities or test cash; matched orders move the fictional payment and ownership together.
- The simulation guards legacy register changes while a trading session is active, so those changes cannot bypass token or order accounting.
5. Clear limitations
Role switching is not authentication. KYC is simulated; evidence files are not collected. Wallet identifiers, blocks, transaction identifiers and confirmations are synthetic. There is no private key, signing service, live RPC, deployed token contract, custody arrangement, banking connection or real settlement.
The demonstration does not yet provide durable multi-user records, protected approvals, complete certificate and former-member workflows, independent recovery or certified statutory outputs. The current CSV output and localized number inputs need verification and correction before relying on migration or exports; the recorded browser tour did not verify a completed CSV download.
6. Production work packages
- Define the issuer, registrar, technology and market-operator responsibilities, regulatory perimeter and relevant service agreements.
- Implement authenticated roles, company-level separation, revocation and approval controls.
- Introduce a transactional shared database with concurrency, idempotency and protected change history.
- Store verified source registers, authorisations and supporting documents; preserve joint holders, membership cessation, rights and capital details required by the agreed scope.
- Reconcile complete exports and printed records; test backup restoration, incident handling, handover and exit procedures.
- Separately assess and connect any identity provider, filing service, market adapter, payment provider, custody service or chain contract.
7. Product direction
Tokenisation and secondary-market infrastructure remain the longer-term strategy. Standard Chartered / Synpulse’s 2024 publication forecasts USD 30.1 trillion of tokenised asset demand by 2034. This is an external forecast of asset value, not product revenue or a MyntGroup valuation.
